The prestige building located off Mt. Hope along the Uriah Butler Highway landmarks the
Business sector of the University of the West Indies. The newly built institution consists of
three major blocks, the Administration, Academic and Cafeteria, including a car-park
approximately 500 m2.
All three blocks consists of a ground and first floor which includes
an Auditorium area and the conical dome roof which house the library,
all constructed from reinforced concrete, precast concrete slabs,
structural steel work, incorporated by glazing, voice data,
Air-conditioning, Lighting, Audio Systems, Fire Safety Systems etc. The
building is outlined by landscaping.
