The project is a three storey office complex with a gross floor area of 5180m2.
The building consists of a structural steel frame including on precast
concrete pile foundations. External walls are reinforced blockwork clad
with Aluminium panels. The floors are constructed using Spancrete slabs
with a 75mm topping. All services are included. There are significant
external works with 2 no. Waste Water Treatment Plants, roadways and paved
areas.
