L’Avant Mer Resort - Rodney Bay, St. Lucia

Client/Employer: L’Avant Mer

This project involves the construction of 73 new apartments comprising of Garden and Waterfront Suites including Penthouse Units. The building will be founded on pile foundations, suspended ground floor slabs and the frame to be constructed of reinforced concrete using the ‘FORSA’ System. The roof will be timber frame with clay shingles. The construction period will be approximately 17 months.
