Construction of 162 high quality resort villas and cottages, situated in North Frigate Bay, St. Kitts. Consisting of 66 Hillside Villas, 48 Beachfront Villas, and 48 Garden Cottages.

Other facilities will include a beach restaurant, club house with swimming pool on the beach, five(5) swimming pools situated around the development, reception building, tennis courts and fitness centre.

Civil engineering infrastructure to include roads, sewers, water mains, underground high voltage and low voltage electricity, surface water drainage, irrigation system, information technology systems, hard and soft landscaping.

Also to be included in this project is the complete infrastructure and constructure of 23 exclusive individual Hilltop Villas of 4000-5000 sq. ft. each in two and a half storeys with individual swimming pools.
