This is Package 9 – Plaza, Ministry of Education Building and Landscaping.

The Contract comprises:

Completion of the Central Plaza - structural steel frame and high level walkway, washrooms, floor, walls and ceiling finishes etc. as well as 7 shops.

Construction of the 10 storey Ministry of Education Building - structural steel frame, block-work, curtain walls and aluminium cladding. Floor, wall and ceiling finishes, as well as services, including plumbing, electrical and air-condition.

Hard and soft landscaping for the entire Government Plaza Complex.

Surface water drainage, lay-bys and site roads for the entire Government Plaza Complex.
