Client: Almond Resorts Consultants: Morrison Associates Architect Structural Engineer: Caribbean Designs Architects and Graphics Interior Consultants: International Design Concepts Project Manager: Design Collaborative The project entails the refurbishment of 252 hotel bedrooms to five star quality, new construction and re-construction of four restaurants , two swimming pools and associated services, entrance lobby, sport/ recreation facility, landscaping works and refurbishing of sewer treatment system. The bedroom refurbishment entails the installation of new windows, bath tubs, water closets, air- conditioning units, painting and finishes. The hotel bedrooms is currently 35% Completed. The restaurants are 60% completed and currently preparing for the installation of tiles and roof finishes and final coat of paints. The Entrance Lobby is currently 45% Completed and we are preparing for the installation of roofs and associated finishes. Work is due to commence on the new block shortly on new 100 Block.
