North Leeward Highway: Reconstruction of 20km of highway in North West St. Vincent on time within 18 months with continuous road accessibility to towns and settlements along the highway for the duration of the project.  The majority of the carriageways passes through mountainous rain forest, creating the necessity for major embankment excavations and retaining wall construction and the blasting mountainsides for access and construction of extensive culverts and drainage, as well as kerb and slipper, constructed with slipform techniques. Over 40% of the carriageway was constructed in concrete pavement with gradients of up to 1 in 6.

Feeder Roads: Construction of 9 separate roads in asphalt and concrete paving, totalling 15km.
