A major hospital complex comprising a combination of single and two storied buildings housing specialist wards, theatres, laboratories and administration units all interconnected by covered walkways. The 15 acre hillside site is bounded by substantial retaining walls, landscaped patios, roads and car parks and overlooks the main town of Scarborough.
