Entire internal structure demolition, new build and redevelopment of a landmark cultural facility with external works. Due to site's location in close proximity to residences of President and Prime Minister the project required careful demolition, redevelopment and reconstruction of the existing hall space (entire auditorium, stage modification and extension of the flytower) and the new construction of additional areas, including all services and multi-storeyed structures so as to incorporate characteristics essential to a quality performance, meeting international standards, theatrical furnishings, production lighting, sound installation, rigging installation, and orchestra lift installation.
