A majestic landmark in the heart of the capital, Port-of-Spain. Ten storey structure with basement of reinforced concrete blockwall and superstructure consisting of a combination of steel stanchions and beams. The substructure consists of reinforced concrete slabs to the basement on Franki piling. The building is approximately 9,000m² exclusive of basement.
