The Lowlands Estate Resort Development is a 750-acre beachfront mixed-use facility that was developed in phases. The works package comprised the new construction of 38 blocks of luxury villas comprising 24 single units, 2 two storey top/duplex units, 12 two storey 3 bedroom units with full services and finishes, including site works of roadways, carparks and underground utilities.
