An example of teamwork between client, consultant and contractor in which we undertook exclusive value management exercises to ensure the highest quality at the lowest cost to achieve one of the most beautiful buildings in Trinidad and Tobago. This four-storey plus basement building has approximately 5,835m2 gross floor area was completed on time and within budget. The building is comprised of reinforced concrete construction with reinforced block walls, asphalt roofing, exterior glass shop fronts and metal cladding, full services and finishes to public areas. The gross external area of the building is 38,880sf (3,606m2) plus a basement of 17,000sf (1,580m2) housing 48 covered car parking spaces. The net usable floor area is approximately 85% of the gross floor area. This project won the Trinidad and Tobago Contractor of the Year Award.
