UWI Student Administration Building

With the growing hunger for education the University has embarked on expanding their facilities to accommodate this demand.

NH international Caribbean Limited was awarded the contract to Construct a new Student Administration Building on the St. Augustine Campus. This structure comprised of a three-story high Reinforce Concrete Structure with a secured basement. Approximated enclosed area of 45000sf.

The foundation consists of reinforced concrete pad footings, strip footings columns and walls.Roof structure is part structural steelwork and part reinforce concrete slab. The building is enclosed with reinforce concrete walls at the basement. With polished glass reinforce concrete panels, glazing and curtain walling to the upper floors.

All service installation included such as A/C, Elevators and Electrical. External works include berm surrounding, pools to either side of the entrance, landscaping, drains etc.

NHIC is working towards handing over a high quality job on time and within budget.
