"The entire process of ownership at Ocean's Edge has been both pleasant and professional in all respects. The Inspection Visit was a real introduction to not only the Ocean's Edge Resort, but also to the island of St. Kitts as well. We have found the personnel of Newfound Resorts to be personable, informative, and helpful during all steps of the ownership process.
Although the artist's rendering of the finished Ocean's Edge project is indeed impressive, one can not truly grasp the feel of the site without an actual visit to the property. When I stood on the covered verandah of our unfinished Hillside Apartment, I knew that the decision to purchase would bring my family years of enjoyment, while being a wise investment as well.
Returning this week for the handover of our unit, we were extremely impressed by the quality of the materials and finishes employed. The granite and marble are beautiful, and quality details abound, including the barely audible air conditioning, the top of the line appliances and electronics, and the gorgeous -- and functional -- ceiling fans.
We look forward to the completion of this luxury resort, and are glad that we have chosen to be a part of Ocean's Edge."
