Emile Elias honoured at TTCA Annual Dinner
The Trinidad and Tobago Contractors Association held its annual dinner
and award ceremony on Friday night, honouring the founding members of
the organisation which was established 36 years ago.
Giving the address on behalf of the founders, Emile Elias called on the
State to phase-in its building construction programme to prevent the
construction sector from overheating.
